Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your returned item must include the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges for the same product that you ordered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must include the receipt or proof of purchase. We must receive your original item within 14 calendar days from when you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if you returned item is approved, we will initiate the order for your new product within 5 business days and notify you of the status. Your new order will be shipped using our Standard shipping method (5-8 business days).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are exchanging your item, we will cover the cost of shipping for your new order.
